Shipping
We are currently only shipping within Australia.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details, so you can easily follow its journey to you.
Shipping rates are product dependent. We aim to offer transparent and fair shipping rates to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Returns
At Vira Creations, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you receive faulty merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to replace the item, or if a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. To ensure your product performs as expected, please carefully read all instructions provided with your purchase. Please note, we cannot process returns or refunds for products where the instructions have not been followed.
