I’m Frédérique, and my passion lies in crafting medicine drums, rattles, and pottery creations, each infused with love, intention and purpose.

For over four years, the medicine drum has been my trusted companion on my personal journey, connecting me deeply to both myself and the shamanic realms.

My creative journey truly reemerged when I became a mother. In the early days, life slowed down a lot. Watching my son discover the world, I began to appreciate the small wonders of life. Through this love and wonder, I felt a call to start creating again. 

I believe that our passions and creativity are a powerful tool for self exploration and self expression.

I find immense joy in my creative processes, and it’s my honor to share these handcrafted pieces with you.

 

Beyond my craft, I offer a range of transformative experiences through medicine drum making workshops and one-on-one breathwork sessions. These offerings are rooted in my genuine desire to support and guide you on your own journey—creating a safe, nurturing space for healing, exploration, and personal growth.
